Unionstuff.com respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Website only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at Unionstuff.com’s Website.

Unionstuff.com collects information through our Website at one point. We collect the following information about visitors who are interested in getting price quotes or would like to order online through our forms. We suggest that if you don’t like sending information through our website that you e-mail us at service@unionstuff.com or you can call us at Toll free 1-866-334-4949 to place an order or get a price quote.

Unionstuff.com does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information: type of garment, number of colors, design and number of items desired. We collect this data in order to help with pricing.

We verify the accuracy of this information by sending an e-mail (the customer’s e-mail that was sent to us through the form) or by calling (to the customer’s number that you gave us on the form) to confirm your order or quote.

We collect this information through forms. The information is collected voluntarily. To receive our products and services, forms are not mandatory because you may call us or e-mail us with your idea or order. Our reasoning for our form is to create a simple way for customers to give us a general idea of what they are looking for. It also gives us a better idea of how to help the customer after receiving their information of type of garment/products, union name, number of items, design, and their contact information. It is the end users responsibility on how much personal information they would like to send on our forms. We do ask for a first name, union name, phone number and e-mail address so that we can full fill your request.

We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier.

Part II. Information Usage

The information collected by Unionstuff.com will be used for assisting in customer service, taking orders, and sending out specials to our customers. Users who provide information will receive an e-mail or phone call confirming their order or quote.

Registered users might receive additional announcements from us about products, services, and our special deals. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications by verbal request or e-mail request. Most of our additional announcements will probably be sent via e-mail and they are sent occasionally throughout the year.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our Wwbsite with data from other sources. (Such as credit history to authorize purchases.)

We will NEVER share or sell data or e-mail addresses with third parties. We will only share work related information when we send out work, but no personal information will be shared, only the needed artistic materials to get a project finished.

We offer links to other websites. Please note: When you click on links to other websites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, Unionstuff.com will post an update message on our homepage of a revised privacy policy as soon as possible.

Unionstuff has the right to use past customer artwork files for our design galleries. If you are a past customer and you would not like your design published in our Design Gallery, please call us at 1-866-334-4949 or e-mail us at service@unionstuff.com. Please give us 1-2 working days to full fill your request.

Part III. Access to Information

Unionstuff.com maintains the accuracy of our information by keeping all information in our database. After a form has been sent, customers can call us or e-mail us about their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find. Please e-mail us at service@unionstuff.com for any inaccuracies you may find. Users may delete their information from our database by sending us a e-mail at service@unionstuff.com or calling us

Part V. Data Storage and Security

Unionstuff.com protects user information by keeping our customer information in our
e-mail directory or phone book in our office only. Since our mode of obtaining your information is through a form and e-mailed to us we can’t be 100% sure that your information will not be read by a third party. The end user is responsible for how much personal information you send and if you don’t want to send it through our form system we ask that you call or e-mail us with your information.
We promise not to send that information to other third parties unless it is needed for transferring the work to another company to finish the job. If it is sent to another party for getting the job done we will not use any of your personal information, but we will send the company the artwork, and name of the project or idea.
