Our PromiseWe do all our own garment printing. You will deal with the people that do the work at their location, period. If we ever mess up your order, we replace it. Whatever it takes to make it right. If you want an exact re-order printed, small minimum quantities apply; 12 per color. 1 color, 1 side = 12 min, 1 color, 2 sides = 24 min. 2 color, Our turn-around is 10 to 14 working days. We have a RUSH CHARGE if you want it sooner. Our prices are "Middle of the road" We do not compete to be the cheapest, but we are quite busy. We will be honest with you and not make excuses. We will do everything within our power to make sure you get your shirts on time even if we have to work late or rush ship them to you at our extra cost. Your order will be bundled neatly in dozens maximum and packed neatly in the boxes. The boxes will be marked with the sizes contained within, and a packing slip detailing the sizes contained in each box will be attached to box #1. If you find any aspect of our business relationship that could be improved, we are ALL ready to listen, write it down and act on it, the best we can.
